Wow... I haven't posted on this since I was like... ten. Apoligies ;) I lost the password, I'm guessing it was something stupid like, "IHEARTPOKEMONANDAMTOTALLYOBSESSEDWITHIT", with lots of exclamation marks...
Hey, I'm back on kidzgaming. So, my latest pet project is called Noclu, and it is / is going to be a cross between traditional platformers and puzzle-platformers. The game's central gimmick is shifting between worlds, so that you can interact with different terrain and features. Not entirely original, I know, but I hope to give it my own spin by giving each dimension a unique architectural style and atmosphere.
On my previous mentioning of Magician's Quest I said it was quite confusing and gave it 3 stars. I've changed my mind: I think it's brilliant! Tru and I pulled together our money and formed a band called the Wizard Twins. I now have but one problem: I cast an incantation that made "flower rain" and now it rains flowers nonstop and it's playing this peaceful music so it's like; "lalalalala :) I'm frolicking in the flowers..." all day long.
Throughout the past few years, games have evolved from simple pixels to much more vivid and interactive experiences in game play. The previous Pokemon game impressed me, but an even greater example of these new gaming experiences is Pokemon Heart Gold & Soul Silver.
I just purchased this game today and I really like it. The basic idea of the game is to find where fossils are located, dig them up, and battle with them. Doesn't sound too catchy does it? That's what I was thinking when mom recommended it to me, so I wasn't expecting anything particularly ground-breaking. I was quite surprised with the way it turned out!
So, recently (as in literally minutes ago), I got my external hard drive working again. I literally do not have words to express how happy this makes me.
In a fit of celebration, here are a few Portal screenshots that I found saved to it.
Do a barrel roll!
The coffee mug is in the toilet. I did it. I'm not sure why.
I praise this game's superb graphics and highly inventive storyline. Littlebigplanet is an amazing game with a huge little planet to be explored, and levels to be created and in turn, shared with the world! With the littlebigstore, you can buy exclusive enhancements for the game including a realistic water add-on, and a global lighting tool. You can customize your sackperson with a variety of vivid materials and costumes wherever you go!
